The rates displayed on our website or in our brochures are subject to change based on economic conditions or regulatory provisions. They are inclusive of all taxes. Only the price stated on your voucher or other confirmation letter is valid. The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, is not included in our rates and must be paid on-site in addition to the indicated price. For informational purposes, it is approximately \u20ac0.22 per person over 18 years old per day for the treehouses and \u20ac0.88 per person over 18 years old per day for the guest room. During your stay, additional services listed on the website www.cabanes-fontfroide.com or directly available upon arrival at the establishment may be subject to new billing, payable on-site during your stay. All information regarding additional services and their rates is available on the establishment’s website and at the reception. <\/p>\n
The full amount of the stay must be paid upon reservation. Upon receipt of payment within 10 days of your request, you will receive a voucher to present upon your arrival, which will include practical information for your stay. Please note: your pre-reservation may be canceled in case of late payment, as the option period is set at 10 days. For any payment for services made during the stay, a detailed invoice will be issued upon customer request or automatically for any payment exceeding twenty-five (25) euros (including VAT). This invoice will detail the nature of the service, information about the provider, and the price of said service, and will be issued in two copies, the original of which will be given to the customer. <\/p>\n

In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 12\u00b0 of the French Consumer Code, given the nature of the services provided, you do not benefit from a right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n
4.1. Changes to your stay by you before your arrival Any changes requested regarding date, duration, or number of people must be validated by our services at least 30 days before your arrival date. This may, if applicable, result in additional billing. <\/p>\n
4.2. Cancellation of your stay by you before your arrival, regardless of the reason for cancellation. For any stay canceled more than 30 days before the arrival date, 30% of your stay’s cost will be retained. For any stay canceled between 30 and 8 days before the stay, 60% of the amount will be retained. For any stay canceled within 7 days preceding the arrival date, interrupted, or not consumed for any reason whatsoever, the full amount of the reserved stay will be due or will remain acquired by SARL LES CABANES DE FONTFROIDE. In case of a last-minute impediment, it is imperative to notify our Company. No date postponement can be claimed. <\/p>\n
4.3. Cancellation of your stay by SARL LES CABANES DE FONTFROIDE. In the event of an “orange” weather alert, with announced external events (bad weather, storm, thunderstorms) beyond our control, management reserves the right to cancel your stay for safety reasons. In this context, we will offer to postpone your stay to a later date, within the current 12 months. If postponement is not possible, all sums paid will be refunded to you; no other compensation can be claimed. <\/p>\n
The number of people mentioned per treehouse corresponds to the minimum and maximum authorized occupancy, considering the available equipment. It cannot be exceeded without prior agreement from our services. <\/p>\n
Family treehouses can accommodate children from 2 years old. “Ladder” treehouses accept children from 10 years old. An official document proving the age of children may be requested at the beginning of the stay. An adult must be present in each treehouse. Children stay under the sole supervision and responsibility of the accompanying adults. The latter must ensure compliance with the instructions given on-site and must not leave children unsupervised. <\/p>\n
Access to the treehouses requires normal physical condition. Individuals with particular or disabling health problems are invited to contact SARL LES CABANES DE FONTFROIDE beforehand for more information on the comfort level and accessibility of the treehouses. In this case, SARL LES CABANES DE FONTFROIDE will seek the most suitable solution for your stay. The Company offers atypical accommodation without water or electricity and cannot be held responsible in case of early departure due to cold, humidity, or other comfort-related reasons. <\/p>\n
Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n
In case of loss or theft, SARL LES CABANES DE FONTFROIDE cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. Therefore, you are asked not to leave valuables in the treehouses in your absence. <\/p>\n
10.1 Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction These General Conditions are subject to French law and particularly to consumer law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under common law conditions. <\/p>\n

In case of non-resolution of the dispute, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, you may free of charge use the services of the CM2C Mediator, within the

To prepare for your stay: it is essential to bring a charged cell phone, as well as your bath towels and sleeping essentials. We advise you to bring comfortable clothing and dry shoes for inside the treehouse. Arrivals are from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM maximum, for departure from the site by 11:00 AM the next day at the latest. No reception will be provided after 8:00 PM. <\/p>\n
Upon your arrival, we will request a security deposit of \u20ac100 per treehouse to cover, if applicable, the cost of damaged or missing equipment and the restoration of the premises. Payable by check, it will be returned to you upon your departure. An inventory will be established and given to you upon your arrival; you will then have 24 hours to return it to us after signing and to inform us of any disagreement. Failing to return or contest within this period, the customer is presumed to accept it as is. During your stay, we ask you to respect all instructions resulting from the internal regulations and information displayed in the treehouses and at our reception point. Your treehouse is equipped with dry toilets; showers are available at the reception building. Heating is optional. Parking is reserved for you inside the Park. On your departure day, treehouses must be vacated by 11:00 AM. We thank you for leaving the area as clean as possible. <\/p>\n
